Abstract
MÉTODO PARA A SÍNTESE CONTÍNUA DE PARACETAMOL. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de preparação contínua de paracetamol, que compreende uma etapa de nitração ou uma etapa de nitrosação para obter p-nitrofenol ou p-nitrosofenol, respectivamente. P-nitrofenol ou p-nitrosofenol podem ser, então, convertidos em paracetamol por hidrogenação, seguida de acilação. O método de acordo com a presente invenção permite obter paracetamol com uma regiosseletividade muito boa e excelentes rendimentos.
