Abstract
Un método para el tratamiento térmico de un objeto de chapa metálica, que comprende la etapa de calentar al menos una porción seleccionada del objeto (100) usando un haz de energía (2). El haz (2) se proyecta sobre una superficie del objeto (100) para producir un punto primario (2A) en el objeto, explorándose repetidamente el haz en dos dimensiones de acuerdo con un primer patrón de exploración para establecer un punto efectivo (21) sobre el objeto, teniendo el punto efectivo una distribución de energía bidimensional. El punto efectivo (21) se desplaza en relación con la superficie del objeto (100) para calentar progresivamente dicha por lo menos una porción seleccionada del objeto.
