Abstract
Los preimpregnados curables poseen una capacidad mejorada para eliminar gases del interior de los preimpregnados y de entre las capas preimpregnadas en un apilamiento de preimpregnados antes y/o durante la consolidacián y el curado. Cada preimpregnado curable es un tejido preimpregnado con resina que ha sido sometido a un tratamiento con el fin de crear una matriz de aberturas en al menos una superficie principal. La ubicación de las aberturas es específica para el patrón de trama del tejido. Además, cuando estos preimpregnados son tendidos y sometidos a un proceso de desagrupamiento para formar una parte de material compuesto, se puede lograr un tiempo de desagrupamiento más corto en comparación con el uso de preimpregnados sin las mismas aberturas superficiales.
