Abstract
Un chasis de marco tubular cortado a laser y soldado por puntos tiene normalmente una precisión de ± 1.5 mm. Un espesor de adhesivo de aproximadamente 3 mm permitirá tolerancias de chasis de ± 1.5 mm en cualquier dirección para ser acomodados. Los paneles del cuerpo exterior pueden entonces ser unidos a los paneles de integración de cualquier manera preferida, tales como adhesivos, tornillos, sujetadores o similares. Este accesorio es preferiblemente no adhesivo, y por lo tanto se puede hacer en una etapa tardía en la fabricación después de que se ha hecho mucho del trabajo interior. El panel de integración también proporcionará un punto conveniente para proporcionar accesorios y fijaciones para auxiliares dentro del vehículo, tales como líneas de freno, cables, paneles de NVH y similares. Un panel de integración de moldeado puede estar formado con el montaje y fijaciones apropiadas en caso necesario. Esto también reducirá el número de soportes y similares, que necesitan ser soldados al marco, lo que reduce el costo energético del proceso de fabricación del vehículo.
