Abstract

　マグネシウム合金とＣＦＲＰをエポキシ系接着剤で強力に接着し、軽量で強いマグネシウム合金とＣＦＲＰの複合体を作る。所定の超微細な凹凸形状を有するマグネシウム合金は、エポキシ樹脂接着剤との相性で強烈な接着力を生む。この技術を利用してマグネシウム合金板２５をＣＦＲＰ２４と一体化したマグネシウム合金複合板材２３は、他の金属部材２８等とボルト２７等の通常の組み立構造が採用できる。局所的な強い力をマグネシウム合金板２５が受け止め得るので、ＣＦＲＰ２４を損傷することがない。その結果、超軽量化、強靭化が求められ、且つ、組み立て容易化が求められる自動車等の移動機械、モバイル機器の筐体、本体、部品等の用途に有効である。
