Abstract

Está representado un procedimiento para unir piezas de chapa (4) formando un paquete de chapa (11), en el que las piezas de chapa (4) se separan, especialmente por punzonado, de una banda de chapa (2) provista al menos por zonas de una capa que presenta un adhesivo (12) polímero endurecible, y estas piezas de chapa (4) se unen de forma prelimar formando un paquete de chapa (11), comprendiendo esta unión preliminar una plastificación del adhesivo (12) al menos por zonas y un ensamblaje de las piezas de chapa (4) para la unión de las mismas a través del adhesivo (12) plastificado de al menos una de las piezas de chapa (4), y en un paso siguiente, el paquete de chapa (11) con las piezas de chapa (4) unidas de forma preliminar se somete a un endurecimiento del adhesivo (12). Para conseguir una unión ventajosa entre las piezas de chapa se propone que la plastificación del adhesivo (12) comprenda la incorporación de un plastificante (16), especialmente H2O.
