Description
Claims (23)
- 薄板金属部材(4)を接続して前記薄板金属部材(4)の薄板金属積層コア(11)を形成する方法であって、
前記薄板金属部材(4)を、硬化可能なポリマー接着剤(12)を有する層を少なくとも領域的に備えた薄板金属ベルト(2)から分離し、
前記薄板金属積層コア(11)を形成するために前記薄板金属部材(4)を予接続し、当該予接続は、前記接着剤(12)の少なくとも領域的な可塑化と、前記薄板金属部材(4)の少なくとも1つを前記可塑化された接着剤(12)を介して当該薄板金属部材(4)に接続するための継ぎ合わせとを含み、
その後のステップで前記薄板金属積層コア(11)が予接続された薄板金属部材(4)とともに前記接着剤(12)の硬化に供される方法において、
前記接着剤(12)の可塑化は、前記接着剤(12)の表面に可塑剤(16)を塗布することによる前記可塑剤(16)の添加を含む、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記薄板金属部材(4)は、硬化可能なポリマー接着剤(12)を有する層を少なくとも領域的に備えた薄板金属ベルト(2)から打ち抜かれる、方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、
前記可塑剤(16)はH2Oである、方法。 - 請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記可塑剤(16)の添加によって前記接着剤(12)のガラス転移温度が低下される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項4に記載の方法において、
ガラス転移温度が、継ぎ合わせる際の前記薄板金属部材(4)の温度以下に低下される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記薄板金属部材(4)を前記薄板金属ベルト(2)から分離する前に、前記可塑剤(16)が前記接着剤(12)に添加される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から2または4から6までのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記可塑剤(16)は、当該可塑剤(16)を有する噴霧剤を介して、前記接着剤(12)の表面に可塑剤(16)を塗布することにより前記接着剤(12)に添加される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法において、
前記噴霧剤は水蒸気である、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記予接続の際に、前記薄板金属部材(4)を圧力下で継ぎ合わせる、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記硬化の際に、前記薄板金属積層コア(11)の縁部ゾーン(24)の領域で前記接着剤(12)が圧力下で最初に硬化され、次に前記薄板金属積層コア(11)の残りの接着剤(12)が硬化される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法において、
前記残りの接着剤(12)は、前記薄板金属積層コア(11)が持つ熱によって圧力なしで硬化される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10または11に記載の方法において、
前記硬化の際に、前記薄板金属積層コア(11)は誘導加熱される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 薄板金属部材(4)を接続して前記薄板金属部材(4)の薄板金属積層コア(11)を形成する装置であって、
少なくとも部分的に硬化可能なポリマー接着剤(12)を有する薄板金属ベルト(2)と、
前記薄板金属部材(4)を前記薄板金属ベルト(2)から分離するための分離装置(5)と、
前記接着剤(12)を可塑化するための可塑化装置(17)と、
前記薄板金属部材(4)を前記薄板金属積層コア(11)に予接続するための、当該分離された薄板金属部材(4)用の積層装置(23)と、
前記薄板金属積層コア(11)の前記接着剤(12)を最終的に硬化するための硬化装置(15)と、
を有する装置において、
前記可塑化装置(17)は、可塑剤(16)を、前記接着剤(12)の表面に前記可塑剤(16)を塗布することにより前記接着剤(12)に添加するための可塑剤ユニット(18)を有する、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項13に記載の装置において、
前記可塑剤(16)はH2Oである、装置。 - 請求項13に記載の装置において、
前記可塑剤ユニット(18)は前記接着剤(12)に向けられた少なくとも1つのノズル(19)を有し、該ノズルを通って前記可塑剤(16)が流れる、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項15に記載の装置において、
前記可塑剤(16)は水蒸気である、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項13から16までのいずれか一項に記載の装置において、
前記可塑剤ユニット(18)は、前記分離装置(5)の2つのカッティング(20,21)の間に配置されている、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項13から17までのいずれか一項に記載の装置において、
前記分離装置(5)は切断工具(7)を有し、該切断工具は、前記予接続の際に前記薄板金属部材(4)を圧縮負荷するために、当該薄板金属部材(4)の方向に前記積層装置(23)上を可動に支持されている、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項13から18までのいずれか一項に記載の装置において、
前記硬化装置(15)は、誘導コイル(29)を備える少なくとも1つのプレス機を、前記薄板金属積層コア(11)の縁部領域(24)を圧力下で早期に硬化するために有する、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項19に記載の装置において、
前記硬化装置(15)は、残りの接着剤(12)を前記薄板金属積層コア(11)が持つ熱によって圧力なしで硬化するための支持箇所(31)を有する、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 薄板金属部材(4)を他方の薄板金属部材(4)に接続し前記薄板金属部材(4)の薄板金属積層コア(11)を形成する際に、前記薄板金属部材(4)の上に設けられた硬化可能なポリマー接着剤(12)のガラス転移温度を低下させるために前記接着剤(12)の表面に可塑剤(16)を塗布することによる、前記可塑剤(16)の使用。
- 請求項21に記載の使用において、
前記接着剤(12)は融着エナメルである、使用。 - 請求項21に記載の使用において、
前記可塑剤(16)はH2Oである、使用。
