Description
Claims (18)
- 金属薄板部材(40)を結合して金属薄板スタック(46)を形成するための方法であって、
硬化可能なポリマー接着剤層を備えた上面(17)および/または下面(18)を有する金属薄板帯材(12)を連続的に塗布装置(15,15’)を通して搬送し、該塗布装置(15,15’)内で、活性剤を含む流体(16,16’)を前記接着剤層に塗布し、
塗布された前記流体(16,16’)を乾燥させ、
乾燥した活性剤によって被覆された前記金属薄板帯材(12)を連続的に帯材貯蔵器(20)に供給し、
前記金属薄板帯材(12)を前記帯材貯蔵器(20)からタイミング制御式の分離装置(30)に供給し、該分離装置(30)内において金属薄板部材(40,41,42)を前記金属薄板帯材(12)から分離して互いに上下に積層し、
分離されて互いに上下に積層された前記金属薄板部材(40)を、前記活性剤によって被覆された前記接着剤層を用いて互いに結合して金属薄板スタック(46)を形成する、方法。 - 前記硬化可能なポリマー接着剤層が、前記上面(17)および前記下面(18)に異なる層厚で被着されている前架橋されたエポキシ-バックラックを含んでいる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記エポキシ-バックラックは、前記上面(17)および前記下面(18)において異なる強さで前架橋されている、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記帯材貯蔵器(20)は非連続的な帯材貯蔵器である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記帯材貯蔵器(20)は連続的な帯材貯蔵器である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記活性剤を含む前記流体(16,16’)を液体として塗布する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記活性剤を含む前記液体を液体噴流としてまたはローラを用いて前記金属薄板帯材に塗布する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記活性剤を含む前記流体(16,16’)をエアロゾルとして塗布する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記金属薄板帯材を、前記活性剤を含むエアロゾルを通して搬送する、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記金属薄板帯材に塗布された前記流体(16,16’)を、空気、例えば高温空気の供給または相対空気湿分が減らされた空気の供給によって乾燥させる、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記金属薄板帯材を乾燥時に加熱する、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記金属薄板帯材を乾燥後に冷却する、請求項10または11記載の方法。
- 金属薄板部材(40)を結合して金属薄板スタック(46)を形成するための装置であって、
硬化可能なポリマー接着剤層を備えた上面(17)および/または下面(18)を有している金属薄板帯材(12)を連続的に供給するための供給装置(11,13)と、
活性剤を含む流体(16,16’)を前記金属薄板帯材(12)の前記接着剤層に塗布するための塗布装置(15,15’)と、
塗布された前記流体(16,16’)を乾燥させるための乾燥装置(19,19’)と、
前記金属薄板帯材(12)から金属薄板部材(40,41,42)を分離するためのタイミング制御式の分離装置(30)と、
分離された前記金属薄板部材(40)を積み重ね、該金属薄板部材(40)を結合して金属薄板スタック(46)を形成するための積重ね兼スタッキング装置(43,44,45)と
を備える装置において、
前記塗布装置(15,15’)と前記分離装置(30)との間に帯材貯蔵器(20)が配置されていることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記帯材貯蔵器(20)は、バックラックおよび乾燥した活性剤によって被覆された前記金属薄板帯材(12)のコイル(50)を収容するように形成されている、請求項13記載の装置。
- 前記帯材貯蔵器(20)は、バックラックおよび乾燥した活性剤によって被覆された前記金属薄板帯材(12)の動的に可変の帯材ループ(21)を生じさせるように形成されている、請求項13記載の装置。
- 前記塗布装置(15,15’)は、耐食性の材料製のスプレーノズルを備えた少量潤滑装置を備えている、請求項13から15までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 互いに上下に積み重ねられた多数の金属薄板部材(40)を含む金属薄板スタック(46)であって、前記金属薄板部材(40)の間に接着層が形成されており、該接着層は、架橋されたエポキシ-バックラックと、前記エポキシ-バックラックに塗布された、活性剤としての乾燥したイミダゾールの誘導体とを含んでいる、金属薄板スタック(46)。
- 前記架橋されたエポキシ-バックラックは、ビスフェノール-A-エピクロロヒドリン樹脂系をベースとしており、かつ/または前記活性剤は、2-エチル-4-メチル-イミダゾールを含んでいる、請求項17記載の金属薄板スタック(46)。
