Claims (12)
- 管状フレームワークを含むシャーシと、
前記シャーシの位置交差を調整するように厚さが変化する接着剤の層を介して、接着によって前記管状フレームワークに取り付けられた少なくとも一つの中間パネルと、
前記中間パネルに取り付けられ、少なくとも部分的に前記中間パネルを隠す、少なくとも一つの車体外パネルと、
を備える車両。 - 前記管状フレームワークと前記中間パネルとの間の糊層が、少なくとも3mmの厚さがある少なくとも一つの領域と3mm未満の厚さがある少なくとも1つの領域と、を有する、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記車体外パネルが非接着によって前記中間パネルに取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記車体外パネルがボルトまたはクリップを介して前記中間パネルに取り付けられる、請求項3に記載の車両。
- 前記中間パネルが、車両の付属品のために少なくとも一つの取付け具(fixing)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の車両。
- 前記中間パネルと前記車体外パネルとの間に設置され、前記中間パネルに設けられた取付け具によって支持された、少なくとも流体管の一つと電気ケーブルとを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の車両。
- 前記中間パネルと前記車体外パネルとの間に設置され、前記中間パネルに設けられた取付け具によって支持された絶縁材料を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の車両。
- 前記管状フレームワークに取り付けられた耐荷重複合パネルを含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の車両。
- 管状フレームワークを備えるシャーシを設けるステップと、
前記シャーシ上の基準点にジグを取り付けるステップと、
前記ジグにインテグレーションパネルを嵌合するステップと、
前記インテグレーションパネルに接着剤を塗布するステップと、
前記接着剤を固まらせるステップと、
前記基準点から前記ジグを取り除くステップであって、前記シャーシの位置交差を調整するように厚さが変化する前記接着剤の層を介して、一旦固まると前記接着剤が前記インテグレーションパネルを前記シャーシに固定するよう、前記ジグは、前記シャーシに隣接して前記インテグレーションパネルを設置するように形作られているステップと、
少なくとも部分的に前記インテグレーションパネルを隠すために、前記インテグレーションパネルに車体外パネルを取り付けるステップと、
を含む、車両の組み立て方法。 - 管状フレームワークを備えるシャーシを設けるステップと、
サーボ制御アームがインテグレーションパネルを前記シャーシに隣接するプリセット位置に持ち上げている状態で、基準点に前記シャーシを設置するステップと、
前記インテグレーションパネルに接着剤を塗布するステップと、
前記接着剤を固まらせるステップと、
前記サーボ制御アームを撤去し、前記シャーシの位置交差を調整するように厚さが変化する前記接着剤の層を介して前記シャーシに固定された前記インテグレーションパネルをそのままにしておくステップと、
少なくとも部分的に前記インテグレーションパネルを隠すために、前記インテグレーションパネルに車体外パネルを取り付けるステップと、
を含む、車両の組み立て方法。 - 前記インテグレーションパネルの前記プリセット位置がジグによって定められる、請求項10に記載の車両の組み立て方法。
- 前記インテグレーションパネルが、前記シャーシに隣接するが前記シャーシからは独立して設置される、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の車両の組み立て方法。
