Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a métodos para des diferenciación celular, transformación y reprogramación de células eucariotas. También se describen células, líneas celulares y tejidos que pueden ser trasplantados en un paciente después de los pasos der de diferenciación in vitro y reprogramación in vitro. En modalidades particulares las células son células tipo madre (SLCs), incluyendo células neurales tipo madre ( NSLCs). También se describen métodos para la generación de dichas células a partir de células somáticas humanas y otros tipos de células. También se proporcionan composiciones y métodos para el uso de las células así generadas en terapia humana y en otras áreas.
