Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método de formar un cierre moldeado de doble disparo, que comprende los siguientes pasos: suministrar un primer material de moldeo a un molde para formar un cuerpo de capuchón en el que se definen una superficie de pared interior y un canal de flujo, teniendo el canal de flujo una entrada y una salida; y suministrar un segundo material de moldeo al molde en una posición adyacente a la entrada del canal de flujo de tal manera que al menos una porción del segundo material de moldeo fluya a través de la salida hacia una posición deseada para formar un tabique, donde la entrada de dicho canal de flujo está alejada de la posición deseada.
