Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para acceder a una muestra contenida dentro de un recipiente de recogida, estando sellado el recipiente de recogida por un cierre que tiene un capuchón exterior que define una cavidad permanente a través del mismo y un tapón dispuesto por lo menos parcialmente dentro de la cavidad permanente que tiene un cierre perforable, el tapón definiendo un rebaje en forma de embudo dentro de una superficie inferior del tapón, en donde con el recipiente de recogida sellado por el cierre, un borde periférico del rebaje en forma de embudo es colocado adyacente a una pared del recipiente de recogida y el rebajo en forma de embudo en comunicación con un interior definido dentro del recipiente de recogida, incluyendo el método los pasos de: colocar el tapón y el recipiente de recogida en un conjunto de sonda en una orientación invertida inclinada; insertar el conjunto de sonda en el recipiente de recogida de tal manera que una aguja de sonda perfore el cierre perforable del tapón y un agujero de aspiración de la aguja de sonda esté dispuesto dentro del rebaje en forma de embudo; y canalizar una muestra desde la cavidad al agujero de aspiración de la aguja de sonda mediante el rebaje en forma de embudo.
