Abstract
Un objeto de la presente invención es proporcionar una composición de pintura por electrodeposición y un método para formar un recubrimiento electrodepositado, los cuales muestran calidad de deposición de recubrimiento incluso en el interior de espacios estrechos de objetos sometidos a pintura. Una solución del objeto es la composición de pintura por electrodeposición catiónica en la cual un medio acuoso contenido es una resma epoxi catiónica, un agente de curado de isocianato bloqueado, un agente hidrofóbico en donde un valor SP del agente (C) hidrofóbico es de 10.2 o más y menos de 0.6 y es menor por 0.6 a 1.0 que un valor SP de la resma epoxi catiónica, un modificador de viscosidad, y un ácido neutralizante, y en la cual la eficiencia coulómbica de la composición de pintura por electrodeposición catiónica es de 2.0 a 2.5 mg/(µm.C). Una tasa de refuerzo de voltaje del voltaje en la pintura es de 30 a 70 y/10 segundos.
