Abstract
Las modalidades de un método de pretratamiento de un substrato de metal antes del pintado comprenden aplicar una primera solución de recubrimiento sobre el substrato de metal en donde la primera solución de recubrimiento comprende partículas de polianilina a un pH menor que 7 para producir un primer recubrimiento sobre el substrato de metal, enjuagar el substrato de metal para remover las partículas de polianilina no reaccionadas y aplicar una segunda solución de recubrimiento de pos-enjuague que comprende por lo menos un ácido y una composición de silano a un pH menor que 7 para producir un segundo recubrimiento sobre el substrato de metal.
