Abstract
Se forma una región en alguna parte de una superficie de una placa de metal que va a ser sujeta a calentamiento por radiación con rayos cercanos al infrarrojo, la región que tiene una menor reflectancia de los rayos de radiación que la superficie de placa de metal original. Como un tratamiento para la reducción de la reflectancia, se puede hacer uso de revestimiento o rocío térmico en un color negruzco o ennegrecido, recubrimiento electrolítico en un color negruzco, un tratamiento para mejorar la rugosidad superficial de la placa de metal, tratamiento por explosión, tratamiento con ácido, ennegrecimiento, un tratamiento pata cambiar el material de la superficie de la placa de metal, o similar. La placa de metal así tratada se calienta por radiación para obtener una placa de metal calentada parcialmente, que tiene una temperatura diferente, y esta placa de metal se somete a procesamiento térmico acompañado por enfriamiento, por ejemplo, estampado en caliente.
