Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir un producto de alambre de acero inoxidable dúplex iniciando de una varilla de alambre, el método que comprende los siguientes pasos: desbastar la superficie de la varilla de alambre; aplicar un revestimiento portador en la superficie de la varilla de alambre; pelar la varilla de alambre usando un troquel de cepillado que comprende carburo cementado; desbastar la superficie de la varilla de alambre; aplicar un revestimiento portador en la superficie de la varilla de alambre; y estirar a la dimensión final del alambre. En el paso de pelado, el cepillo de cepillado, usado tiene un ángulo de incidencia en superficie ? 10-30°, un ángulo de incidencia ? que es 10-25°, un ángulo de espacio libre a que es de 3-10°, un ancho de incidencia en superficie w que es 0.1-0.5 mm, y un radio de borde que es de 0.02-0.08 mm. El producto de alambre de acero inoxidable dúplex producido de acuerdo al método exhibe excelente resistencia a la fatiga.
