Abstract

método de fabricação de um produto de aço inoxidável. a presente invenção se refere a um método de fabricação de um produto de arame de aço inoxidável duplex, partindo de uma vara de arame, o método compreendendo as seguintes etapas: tornar áspera a superfície da vara de arame; aplicar um revestimento veículo na superfície da vara de arame; descascar a vara de arame usando uma matriz de plaina compreendendo metal duro; tornar novamente áspera a superfície da vara de arame; aplicar de novo um revestimento veículo na superfície da vara de arame; e estirar o arame para uma dimensão final. na etapa de descascamento, a matriz de plaina usada apresentou um ângulo de assentamento de face inclinada (<sym>) de 10-30<198>, um ângulo de incidência (<sym>) de 10-25<198>, um ângulo de folga (<244>) de 3-10<198>, uma largura de assentamento de face inclinada (w) de 0,1-0,5 mm, e um raio de borda de 0,02-0,08 mm. o produto de arame de aço inoxidável duplex fabricado de acordo com o presente método exibe excelente resistência à fadiga.
