Abstract
Se proporcionan partes formadas en prensa caliente (HPF) que tienen excelentes propiedades de flexión y un método para fabricar las mismas. La presente invención se relaciona a una parte HPF que tiene excelentes propiedades de flexión, la parte HPF que tiene una capa enchapada de aluminio por inmersión en caliente formada en una superficie de una lámina de acero base, en donde la lámina de acero base incluye, en términos de % en peso, 0.18-0.25% de C, 0.1-0.5% de Si, 0.9-1.5% de Mn, 0.03% o menos de P, 0.01% o menos de S, 0.01-0.05% de Al, 0.05-0.5% de Cr, 0.01-0.05% de Ti, 0.001-0.005% de B, 0.009% o menos de N, el resto de Fe y otras impurezas; una fase de ferrita que tiene un espesor dentro de 50 µm se forma continua o discontinuamente dentro de una porción de superficie de la lámina de acero base; la fracción de la porción de superficie ocupada por la fase de ferrita es de 5% o menos; y materiales de carburo que tienen un tamaño de 1 µm o menos se dispersan y se distribuyen en la porción de superficie de la lámina de acero base para así ocupar 90% o más de la distribución general de carburo.
