Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una glutamato deshidrogenasa (GluDH) modificada. En particular la GluDH modificada de la presente invención tiene has una aumentada actividad para catalizar la reacción de ácido 4-(hidroximetilfosfinil)-2-oxobutan oico (PPO) y un dador de amino para generar L-glufosinato y/o una propiedad dinámica mejorada. La presente invención también se refiere al polinucleótido que codifica la GluDH modificada de la presente invención, el vector y la célula huésped para expresar la GluDH modificada de la presente invención y el método para producir L-glufosinato con la GluDH modificada y la célula huésped de la presente invención.
