Abstract

GLUTAMATO DESIDROGENASE MODIFICADA E USO DO MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma glutamato desidrogenase modificada (GluDH). Em particular, a GluDH modificada da presente invenção tem uma atividade aumentada para catalisar a reação do ácido 4-(hidroximetilfosfinil)-2-oxobutanoico (PPO) e um doador de amino para gerar L-glufosinato e/ou uma propriedade dinâmica melhorada. A presente invenção também se refere ao polinucleotídeo que codifica a GluDH modificada da presente invenção, o vetor e a célula hospedeira para expressar a GluDH modificada da presente invenção e o método de produção de L-glufosinato com a GluDH modificada e a célula hospedeira da presente invenção.
