Abstract
La presente invención es acerca de un método para la obtención de un consorcio microbiano o inóculo estable y robusto, productor de hidrógeno e hidrolizados para la generación de metano como fuente de energía en sistemas de producción biológicos a partir de sustratos complejos, específicamente, residuos agroindustriales, aguas residuales industriales, desechos sólidos orgánicos urbanos y materiales lignocelulósicos. El método garantiza obtener un inóculo con una estructura microbiana con las siguientes ventajas: reproducible a gran escala; alta robustez, predominancia sobre la microflora autóctona de los sustratos; alta capacidad hidrolítica; genera condiciones anaerobias naturales, sin necesidad de inyección de gas inerte o adición de agente reductor químico; alta estabilidad, viable hasta por 2 años en refrigeración; y periodo de reactivación en horas.
