Abstract
Se proporciona un rodillo de trabajo de laminación con el cual es posible efectuar la laminación efectivamente con cualidades de producto estable aun con un incremento en la distancia de laminación cuando se efectúa la laminación ligera en frío sobre una tira de acero de alta resistencia y un método de laminación ligera en frío utilizando el rodillo. Un rodillo de trabajo de laminación 2 incluye un barril de rodillo 2x hecho de un carburo cementado que tiene un módulo de Young de 450 GPa o mayor y una capa de rebajos y proyecciones 2y la cual se forma sobre el barril de rodillo 2x, el cual tiene una rugosidad promedio aritmético Ra de 2.0 µm a 10.0 µm y la cual contiene cromo granular.
