Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE UMA FITA OU CHAPA DE AçO, QUE CONSISTE, PREDOMINANTEMENTE, EM AUSTENITA DE Mn". A presente invenção refere-se ao processo de acordo com a invenção que possibilita uma produção eficiente em custos de uma fita ou chapa de aço (W), que consiste, predominantemente, em austenita de Mn, que possui uma resistência aumentada em comparação com fitas ou chapas do estado da técnica. Para esse fim, é fundido um aço, que possui, pelo menos, os seguintes componentes de liga (em % em peso): 15,00 - 24,00 % de Cr, 5,00 - 12,00 % de Mn, 0,10 - 0,60% de N, 0,01 - 0,2 % de C, máx. 3,00 % de AI e / ou Si, máx. 0,07 % de P, máx. 0,05 % de S, máx. 0,5 % de Nb, máx. 0,5 % de V, máx. 3,0 % de Ni, máx. 5,0 % de Mo, máx. 2,0 % de Cu, bem como, no restante, ferro e impurezas inevitáveis. Esse aço é fundido em uma fenda de fundição, formada entre dois cilindros (2, 3) ou rolos rotativos, para uma fita fina (D), com uma espessura de, no máx., 10 mm. Nesse caso, os cilindros (2, 3) ou rolos são refrigerados em uma tal extensão que a fina (D) na fenda de fundição (4) se refrigera com uma velocidade de refrigeração de pelo menos 200 K/s.
