Abstract
Como una técnica para proliferar células de la cresta neural sin reducir la capacidad de diferenciación, se proporciona un método para producir células de la cresta neural, que comprende los pasos de: (1) obtener células de la cresta neural; y (2) cultivar en suspensión las células de la cresta neural en un medio que comprende un inhibidor de GSK3ß y un factor básico de crecimiento de fibroblastos (bFGF), en donde el medio comprende el inhibidor de GSK3ß con una concentración que exhibe un efecto equivalente a aquel exhibido por CHIR99021 con una concentración mayor que 1 µM y menor que 5 µM.
