Abstract
Способ получения энтеральных нервных клеток-предшественников, включающий стадии (1) обеспечения энтеральных нервных клеток-предшественников; и (2) культивирования энтеральных нервных клеток-предшественников в среде, содержащей агонист ERBB3 и/или агонист ERBB4, предложен в качестве способа, позволяющего энтеральным нервным клеткам-предшественникам пролиферировать в культуре при сохранении их способности дифференцировки в энтеральные нервные клетки и глиальные клетки.
