Abstract
В качестве способа обеспечения пролиферации клеток нервного гребня без уменьшения способности к дифференцировке предусматривается способ получения клеток нервного гребня, включающий стадии (1) получения клеток нервного гребня и (2) культивирования с использованием суспензионной культуры клеток нервного гребня в среде, содержащей ингибитор GSK3 и основной фибробластный фактор роста (bFGF), где среда содержит ингибитор GSK3 в концентрации, который демонстрирует эффект, эквивалентный эффекту, который демонстрирует CHIR99021 в концентрации выше 1 и ниже 5 мкМ.
