Abstract

Описан способ культивирования панкреатических клеток-предшественников, полученных из плюрипотентных стволовых клеток, способ, включающий этап (A) трехмерного культивирования панкреатических клеток-предшественников, полученных из плюрипотентных стволовых клеток, в среде, которая содержит (1) фактор, относящийся к семейству эпидермального фактора роста (EGF), и/или фактор, относящийся к семейству фактора роста фибробластов (FGF), и (2) агонист Wnt; способ получения островковых клеток панкреатических клеток-предшественников, полученных из плюрипотентных стволовых клеток, способ, включающий этап (E) индукции дифференцировки панкреатических клеток-предшественников, культивированных вышеуказанным способом, в островковые клетки; и способ криоконсервации панкреатических клеток-предшественников, полученных из плюрипотентных стволовых клеток, способ, включающий этап (F) заморозки панкреатических клеток-предшественников, культивированных вышеуказанным способом.
