Abstract
Se describen anticuerpos, o fragmentos de enlace a antígeno de los mismos, que se enlazan al gen de activación de linfocitos-3 (LAG-3), en particular anticuerpos, o fragmentos de enlace a antígeno de los mismos, que son agonistas de LAG-3. Los anticuerpos se enlazan a LAG-3 e inhiben la proliferación de células T CD4+ y/o CD8+ inducida por antígeno, o activación de células T CD4+ y/o CD8+ inducida por antígeno. Los anticuerpos se pueden utilizar como medicamentos, en particular para el tratamiento de afecciones asociadas con proliferación y/o activación de células T CD4+ y/o CD8+, tal como trastornos inflamatorios o autoinmunitarios.
