Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona a un derivado de biarilo expresado por la fórmula química 1, un método para producir el derivado de biarilo, una composición farmacéutica que comprende el mismo, y uso del mismo, el derivado de biarilo expresado por la fórmula química 1, como un agonista de GPR120, que promueve la generación de GLP-1 en el tracto gastrointestinal, que reduce la resistencia a insulina en el hígado, músculos y los similares de la actividad anti-inflamatoria en el macrófago, células pancreáticas y los similares, y que permite el uso efectivo en la prevención o tratamiento de inflamación o enfermedades metabólicas tales como diabetes, complicaciones de diabetes, obesidad, enfermedad de hígado graso no alcohólico, enfermedad de hígado graso y osteoporosis.
