Abstract
式(1) (式(1)中、 AはN又はCHを示し、 R1は水素原子、又はC1-8アルキル基を示し、 R2a及びR2bは水素原子、ハロゲン原子、又はC1-6アルキル基からなる群より同一若しくは異なって選ばれる基を示し、 Qは置換又は無置換のフェニル基、ベンジル基、ナフチル基、テトラヒドロナフチル基、又はC3-10シクロアルキル基等を示し、 mは0又は1を示し、 nは0又は1を示し、 Xは-O-、又は-NR3-を示し、 Yは置換又は無置換のC1-8アルキレン基等を示す。)で表されるヘテロアリールベンゼン化合物、該化合物の互変異性体、立体異性体、若しくはその薬学的に許容される塩、又はそれらの溶媒和物は、DGAT1阻害作用により改善しうる疾患又は状態、例えば、肥満症、高脂血症、高トリグリセライド血症、脂質代謝異常疾患、糖尿病、動脈硬化症、または、肥満に起因する高脂血症、高トリグリセライド血症、脂質代謝異常疾患、糖尿病、動脈硬化症、もしくは、高血圧症を予防若しくは治療するための医薬に好適である。
