Abstract

La presente invención demuestra la utilidad de amidas de ácido carbónico tales como urea o sus derivados, carbamatos, carbodiimidas y tiocarbamidas como suplementos nitrogenosos en medios de fermentación para la producción de proteínas recombinantes para obtener velocidades mejoradas de bioconversión y péptidos como insulina y análogos de insulina, exendina y enzimas tales como lipasa utilizando sistemas de expresión micótica inducibles por metanol, tal como Pichia.
