Abstract
La presente invención se refiere al uso de un agente que oculta el sabor a partir del grupo de celulosa, almidón, goma xantana, goma gellan, alginato, galactomananos tales como fenogreco, goma guar, goma tara, goma de algarrobo, goma de casia, goma karaya, goma de tragacanto, carragenina y una mezcla de los mismos, para mejorar una o más de la sensación bucal, sabor, sabor posterior y olor de una composición nutricional acuosa líquida que comprende un nucleótido y/o un nucleósido. También se refiere a una composición nutricional que comprende un componente nucleótido y/o nucleósido sin sabor que tiene características sensoriales mejoradas tales como, sensación bucal mejorada, sabor, sabor posterior y olor. En particular, se refiere a una composición que comprende dicho componente nucleótido y/o nucleósido sin sabor que comprende en particular un nucleótido y/o un nucleósido que contiene uridina en combinación con un aceite comestible sin sabor, tal como un aceite de pescado.
