Abstract

Se provee una composición nutricional entérica líquida basada en caseína micelar, densa en cuanto a proteína, que contiene caseína micelar y opcionalmente caseinato. Se describen composiciones nutricionales entéricas líquidas que comprenden 10 a 20 gramos de proteína por cada 100 ml de la composición, en la cual el total o una parte importante de dicha proteína comprenden caseína micelar original.
