Abstract
La invención es relativa a una celda electroquímica que comprende un arreglo de parejas ánodo/cátodo, en el cual la acumulación de escamas o fenómenos similares de incrustación son prevenidos operando alternativamente el ánodo o el cátodo de una pareja y el contra-electrodo correspondiente de la pareja adyacente, el electrodo sin funcionar de cada pareja estando en circuito abierto. El electrolito disuelve el depósito de escamas de los electrodos en circuito abierto, sin hacer recurso a inversiones de corriente dañinas.
