Claims (17)
- 対向する電極板間に浄化処理すべき循環水を流し、該電極板間に直流電圧を印加し、循環水中の金属イオンを負極側の電極板に電解析出させて該循環水を浄化させる循環水の浄化方法において、該電極板としてチタン板を使用し、該電極板のうちの正極側の電極板の表面に生成される陽極酸化被膜に印加する電圧を高めて該陽極酸化被膜を強制的に絶縁破壊させながら、所望量の電流を流すようにしたことを特徴とする循環水の浄化方法。
- 前記電極板間に印加する電圧の極性を所定時間毎に切り替えるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の循環水の浄化方法。
- 前記電極板間に流す電流を定電流としたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の循環水の浄化方法。
- 前記電極板間に流す電流が、正極側の電極板の単位面積(1m2)当たり0.1〜20Aであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の循環水の浄化方法。
- 前記電極板間に印加する電圧を一定とし、該電極板間を流れる電流の値が所定値を下回った場合は、前記電極板間に印加する電圧を上げ、該電極板間を流れる電流の値が所定値以上になった場合は、前記電極板間に印加する電圧を元に戻すことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の循環水の浄化方法。
- 前記循環水の電気伝導度が所定の値より高い場合は前記電極板間を流れる電流を増加させ、前記循環水の電気伝導度が所定の値より低い場合は前記電極板間を流れる電流を減少させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の循環水の浄化方法。
- 前記循環水の電気伝導度の前記所定の値が500〜1000μS/cmであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の循環水の浄化方法。
- 前記循環水の酸化還元電位が所定の値の範囲外の場合は前記電極板間を流れる電流を増加させ、前記循環水の酸化還元電位が所定の値の範囲内の場合は前記電極板間を流れる電流を減少させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の循環水の浄化方法。
- 前記循環水の酸化還元電位の前記所定の値が+100〜−100mVであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の循環水の浄化方法。
- 浄化処理すべき循環水を受け入れて排出する浄化槽と、該浄化槽内に設置されている1又は2以上の第一電極板と、該浄化槽内に該第一電極板と所定間隔をおいて設置されている1又は2以上の第二電極板と、該第一電極板と該第二電極板の間に直流電圧を印加する直流電源装置とを備え、該第一電極板及び該第二電極板はいずれもチタン板からなり、該直流電源装置は該第一電極板又は該第二電極板の表面に生成される陽極酸化被膜を絶縁破壊によって剥離・除去させる電圧を出力する直流安定化電源であることを特徴とする循環水の浄化装置。
- 前記直流電源装置から前記該第一電極板及び前記第二電極板に印加されている電圧の極性を所定時間毎に切り替える極性切替装置を備えていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の循環水の浄化装置。
- 前記直流電源装置が、前記第一電極板と前記第二電極板の間に正極となるいずれか一方の電極板の単位面積(1m2)当たり0.1〜20Aの定電流を流す定電流電源装置であることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の循環水の浄化装置。
- 前記直流電源装置が直流定電圧電源装置からなり、電極板間を流れる電流の値を測定する電流計を備え、該電流計によって測定された電流の値が所定の値より小さくなった場合は前記直流電源装置の出力電圧を高くし、該電流計によって測定された電流の値が所定の値より大きくなった場合は前記直流電源装置の出力電圧を低くする電圧制御装置を備えていることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の循環水の浄化装置。
- 前記循環水の電気伝導度を計測する電気伝導度計と、該電気伝導度計によって得られた電気伝導度が所定の値より高い場合は前記直流電源装置の出力電圧を高くして前記電極板間を流れる電流を増加させ、該電気伝導度計によって得られた電気伝導度が所定の値より低い場合は前記直流電源装置の出力電圧を低くして前記電極板間を流れる電流を減少させる電流制御装置を備えていることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の循環水の浄化装置。
- 前記循環水の電気伝導度の前記所定の値が500〜1000μS/cmであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の循環水の浄化装置。
- 前記循環水の酸化還元電位を計測する酸化還元電位計と、該酸化還元電位計によって得られた酸化還元電位が所定の値の範囲外の場合は前記直流電源装置の出力電圧を高くして前記電極板間を流れる電流を増加させ、該酸化還元電位計によって得られた酸化還元電位が所定の値の範囲内の場合は前記直流電源装置の出力電圧を低くして前記電極板間を流れる電流を減少させる電流制御装置を備えていることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の循環水の浄化装置。
- 前記循環水の酸化還元電位の前記所定の値が+100〜−100mVであることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の循環水の浄化装置。
