Abstract

Se describen dispositivos de lectura que suprimen el deterioro de las marcas de grabación provocados al incrementar la energía de láser de salida para compensar la salida en la proporción S/N, cuando se lee una información de alta velocidad grabada en un medio de grabación de alta densidad. Para leer información grabada a un medio de información de datos óptico que es escrito y leído utilizando un haz de láser emitido de un láser semiconductor, el método de lectura modula una corriente de alta frecuencia sobre la corriente de impulso del láser semiconductor para emitir el haz de láser y cambia la velocidad de modulación de luz de acuerdo con la velocidad lineal seleccionada usada para la lectura. La velocidad de modulación de luz es la proporción Pp/Pave entre la energía pico Pp y la energía de lectura promedio Pave de la intensidad de luz del haz de láser modulado de alta frecuencia.
