Abstract
Un dispositivo de lectura suprime el deterioro de las marcas grabadas causadas al incrementar la transmision de energía láser para compensar una caída de la relacion S/N al leer a alta velocidad informacion grabada en un medio de registro de alta densidad. Para leer la informacion grabada en un medio optico de registro de datos grabados y leídos mediante una transmision de rayo láser de un láser semiconductor, en donde el método de lectura modula una corriente de alta frecuencia en la corriente impulsora del láser semiconductor a la transmision de rayo láser, y cambia la tasa de modulacion de la luz de acuerdo con la velocidad lineal seleccionada que se usa para la lectura. La tasa de modulacion de la luz es la relacion Pp/Pave entre la energía pico Pp y la energía de lectura promedio Pave de la intensidad de la luz del rayo láser modulado con alta frecuencia.
