Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para el fosfatado de superficies metálicas con soluciones de fosfatado acuosas, ácidas, que contienen iones de zinc, manganeso y fosfato así como medios de oxidación, caracterizado porque las superficies metálicas se ponen en contacto con soluciones de fosfatado, que esencialmente están excentas de níquel y que contienen: entre 0,3 y 1,7 g/l de Zn, entre 0,2 y 44,0 g/l de Mn, entre 0,001 y 0,030 g/l de Cu, entre 5 y 30 g/l de fosfato (calculado como p205), y en las que se mantiene la concentración de Fe (II) por debajo de 0,1 g/l por medio de oxígeno y/u otros medios de oxidación equivalentes, y se ajusta el valor pH entre 3,0 y 3,8.
