Abstract

Un procedimiento para el fosfatizado de superficies metálicas de acero, acero zincado o recubierto con aleaciones de zinc y/o de aluminio, en el quelas superficies metálicas se ponen en contacto, por rociado o por inmersión, por un período comprendido entre 3 y 8 minutos, con una solución de fosfatizadocon zinc, donde la solución de fosfatizado contiene: 0,2 a 3 g/l de iones de zinc3 a 50 g/l de iones fosfato, considerados como PO4,1 a 100 mg/l de iones níquel y/o cobalto, uno o más aceleradores, así comono más de 0,5 g/l de iones nitrato. El litio, el cobre y/o el manganeso son componentes facultativos.
