Abstract

Un procedimiento para el fosfatizado de superficies metálicas de acero, acero zincado o recubierto con aleaciones de zinc y/o de aluminio, en el quelas superficies metálicas se ponen en contacto, por rociado o por inmersión, por un perído comprendido entre 3 y 8 minutos, con una solución de fosfatizadocon zinc, que contiene: 0,2 a 3 g/l de iones zinc3 a 50 g/l de iones fosfato, considerados como PO4,1 a 150 mg/l de iones manganeso,1 a 30 mg/l de iones cobre y uno o más aceleradores.
