Abstract
La fosfatación de superficies metálicas de acero, acero zincado o aleado con zinc, de aluminio y/o alumino aleado con magnesio, que se utiliza paramejorar la protección contra la corrosión y la adherencia de la pintura. Se provee desoluciones de fosfatación que satisfagan las exigencias de proteccióncontra la corrosión requeridas en la industria automotriz, y que a su vez permitan prescindir del post-pasivado. De esta manera se disminuye la necesidadde espacio físico dela línea de tratamiento previo y, eventualmente, también se acorta el tiempo de producción. La solución de fosfatación contiene de 0,2 a3g/l de iones de zinc, de 3 a 50 g/l de iones de fosfato, calculados como PO4, de 0,001 a 4 g/l de iones demanganeso, de 0,001 a 0,5 g/l de uno o variospolímeros elegidos entre los poliéteres, policarboxilatos, polímeros de ácidos fosfónicos, polímeros de ácidos fosfinocarboxílicos y polímerios orgánicos quecontienen nitrógeno, y de uno a variosaceleradores. Los polí meros preferidos son los derivados de poli(vinilfenol) que contienen grupos de amino.
