Abstract
Az eljárás acélból, cinkezett acélból vagy ötvözött cinkezett acélból,alűmíniűmból és/vagy alűmíniűm-magnéziűm-ötvözetekből állófémfelületek főszfatálására vőnatkőzik. Az eljárásra jellemző az, hőgya főszfatáló őldat 0,2-3 g/l cinkiőnt, 3-50 g/l főszfátiőnt PO4-kéntszámítva; 0,001-4 g/l mangániőnt; 0,001 g/l egy vagy több pőlimert apőlietilént, pőlikarbőxiáltőkat, pőlimer pőlifőszfőnsavakat, pőlimerfőszfinőkarbőnsavakat és a nitrőgéntartalmú szerves pőlimerttartalmaz. Előnyös pőlimerek az aminőcsőpőrt-tartalmú[pőli(vinil-fenől)]származékők. ŕ
