F.A : Free Acid의 약자이고 황산의 농도를 의미함.
10pt는 황산의 농도를 측정하기 위해 사용되는 알카리시약의 적정 소비량을 의미함. pt는 point의 약자이고 알카리시약의 적정량이 10ml임을 의미하며, 시편 3의 비고란의 DN24F는 첨가제 2 + 첨가제 3을 나타낸다.
첨가제 1 : 황산,
첨가제 2 : 과황산칼륨,
첨가제 3 : 산성불화암모늄
본 발명에 의한 알루미늄의 표면처리용 조성물은 산, 산화제 및 불소화합물이 혼합되어 이루어지는 것으로, 여기서 산, 산화제 및 불소화합물을 각각 첨가제1,2,3으로 표기한다.
[시편 3에 의한 알루미늄합금 시편의 종류]
하기의 표는 본 발명 조성물의 농도별 특징을 획득하기 위하여 상기 표 [알루미늄합금 시편의 종류] 중 시편 3을 세분화한 것이다.

F.A 는 황산(첨가제 1)의 농도이며, OX Point: OXIDIZER Point의 약자이고 모델명 DN24F의 농도(DN24F는 본 발명에 의한 조성물을 구성하는 과황산칼륨(첨가제 2)과 산성불화암모늄(첨가제 3)이 혼합된 혼합물의 모델명이다)이다. 즉, 황산과 DN24F가 혼합된 것이 본 발명에 의한 알루미늄의 표면처리용 조성물이다.
여기서 A~E의 시편들은 예를 들어 시편 A는 황산 농도 5.4이고 과황산칼륨과 산성불화암모늄 혼합물의 농도가 16.5인 용액에 의해 처리된 시편을 뜻하는 것이며, E는 황산 농도 34.5이고 과황산칼륨과 산성불화암모늄 혼합물의 농도가 17.5인 용액에 의해 처리된 시편을 뜻하는 것이다.
Claims (6)
- 황산, 인산, 개미산 중 선택된 산 50 ~ 200g/ℓ와, 과황산칼륨, 과황산암모늄 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 산화제 10 ~ 50g/ℓ와, 플루오르규산 또는 산성불화암모늄으로 이루어진 불소화합물 0.5 ~ 100g/ℓ를 포함하여 이루어져 탈지된 알루미늄 표면에 잔존하는 알칼리 용제 및 철을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄의 표면처리용 조성물.
