Claims (6)
- 피도금물이 되는 모재를 알칼리용제에 침지시켜 모재의 표면을 탈지처리하는 탈지단계(10)와, 탈지처리된 모재의 표면을 산처리하여 모재의 표면을 활성화시키는 산세단계(20)와, 산세처리된 모재의 표면을 물세척하는 수세단계(30)를 거치는 것에 있어서,상기 수세단계(30)을 거친 후, 염화칼륨(KCl) 35 ~ 50%, 빙정석(Cryolite) 5 ~ 10%, 플루오르화 암모늄(NH4F) 또는 플루오르화 알루미늄(AlF3) 40 ~ 60%의 성분비율로 이루어지는 수용성 플럭스를 물 100중량%를 기준으로 하여 10 ~ 30중량%로 첨가시킨 플럭스 용제에 수세처리된 상기 모재를 40 ~ 90℃의 온도조건하에서 1 ~ 10분간 침지시키는 플럭스 처리단계(40)와,상기 플럭스 처리단계(40)를 거친 후, 염화나트륨(NaCl) 25 ~ 35 %, 염화칼륨(KCl) 15 ~ 25%, 빙정석(Cryolite) 20 ~ 30%, 플루오르화 수소산 암모늄(NH4HF2)이나 플루오르화 암모늄(NH4F) 또는 플루오르화 알루미늄(AlF3) 중에서 택일한 플루오르화물 20 ~ 30%의 성분비율로 이루어지는 용융플럭스를 용융알루미늄 100중량%를 기준으로 하여 5 ~ 10중량%로 첨가시킨 도금액속에 플럭스 처리된 상기 모재를 680 ~ 750℃의 온도조건하에서 5 ~ 30분간 침지시키는 도금단계(50)와,상기 도금단계(50)를 거친 후, 도금처리된 모재의 표면을 산세척하여 도금표면에 부착된 용융플럭스 분말을 제거하고 도금표면의 평활화와 광택을 부여하는 후처리단계(60)와,상기 후처리단계(60)를 거친 후, 산세처리된 도금표면을 물세척하여 건조시키는 마감처리단계(70)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 용융도금방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 후처리단계(60)는 도금처리된 모재를 플루오르화 수소산(HF)의 2 ~ 10% 수용액속에 3 ~ 10분간 침지시키는 과정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 용융도금방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 후처리단계(60)는 도금처리된 모재를 질산(HNO3) 5 ~ 10%, 플루오르화 수소산(HF) 0.5 ~ 5%의 혼산 수용액속에 3 ~ 10분간 침지시키는 과정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 용융도금방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 후처리단계(60)는 도금처리된 모재를 질산(HNO3) 5 ~ 10%, 황산(H2SO4) 1 ~ 3%, 빙초산(CH3COOH) 0.5 ~ 2%, 무수크롬산(CrO7) 1 ~ 3%의 혼산 수용액속에 3 ~ 10분간 침지시키는 과정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 용융도금방법.
