Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la preparación de un producto alimenticio a base de protéinas vegetal y agua, cocción y secado, caracterizado por el echo de que se someten granos de leguminosas u oleaginosas a un primer tratamiento al vapor, se trituran, se mezclan con agua para la preparación de una pasta con del 50 al 50 porciento en peso de materia seca, se forma la pasta, se somete a un segundo tratamiento al vapor, se saca y se la corta en proporciones individuales, antes o después del secado.
