128,089. Goodwin, A. R. Sept. 24, 1918. Food preparations.-Semolina is steamed until slightly glutinous, mixed with flavouring or food substances in pasty or liquid form, such as chocolate, coffee, fruit essences, eggs, or meat or vegetable extracts, and dried by hot air or otherwise at a temperature of 100-150‹ F. Lumps may then be broken up, and the products sifted.
