Abstract

La precente invención se refiere a un método para la síntesis enzimática de los péptidos; dicho método caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: condenzar enzimáticamente los compuestos aminoácidos primero y segundo en una mezcla acuosa inicial de reacción para formar un compuesto no cargado; transportar el compuesto no cargado mediante difución hacia una segunda mezcla acuosa de reacción, através de una membrana que no transporta cantidades considerables de los compuestos aminoácidos; convertir el compuesto no cargado y transportado, en na forma que no puede volver a transportarse, atraves de la membrana, a la mezcla inicial de reacción y remover la forma del compuesto que no puede volver a transportarse a la mezcla inicial de reacción a través de la membrana.
