Abstract
UN METODO PARA SINTETIZAR ENZIMATICAMENTE PEPTIDOS, EN EL QUE EL EQUILIBRIO QUIMICO EXISTENTE EN UNA MEZCLA DE REACCION ENTRE AMINOACIDOS REACCIONANTES, CARGADOS O IONIZADOS, Y PEPTIDO PRODUCIDO, NO CARGADO O NO IONIZADO, EN PRESENCIA DE UNA ENZIMA PROTEOLITICA, SE DESPLAZA POR DIFUSION DEL PEPTIDO PRODUCIDO NO CARGADO A TRAVES DE UNA MEMBRANA DE RECHAZO DE IONES, QUE SEPARA EL PEPTIDO NO CARGADO DE LA MEZCLA DE REACCION, CONVIRTIENDOSE RAPIDAMENTE EL PEPTIDO NO CARGADO DIFUNDIDO EN UNA ESPECIE CARGADA QUE NO PUEDE RETRODIFUNDIRSE HASTA LA MEZCLA DE REACCION Y ARRASTRANDOSE EFICAZMENTE EL PEPTIDO NO CARGADO A TRAVES DE LA MEMBRANA.
