Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una estructura laminada termoformable que comprende una capa acústica de tela no tejida unida a cuando menos un lado de una lámina de polímero termoplástico espumado, caracterizada porque la tela comprende una mezcla de fibras cortas de elevado punto de fusión que tienen un peso que varía de 170 a 848 g/m cuadrado, caracterizándose las fibras aglutinantes de bajo punto de fusión porque comprenden de 2 a 20 por ciento en peso de la mezcla y porque tienen puntos de fusión de más de 90 y menos de 200 grados C y caracterizándose las fibras de elevado punto de fusión porque no confunden se descompnen ni se vuelven pegajosas a temperaturas de menos de 204 grados C, y porque tienen deniers promedio en la escala de 1 a 15 y longitudes en la escala de 1.2a 15.2 cm, seleccionándose los deniers y las longitudes para proveer una estructura láminada que después de termoformación, tiene un equilibriodeseado de características de absorción de sonido y rigidez, seleccionándose las fibras aglutinantes, de bajo punto de fusión, de manera que, durante la termodeformación de la estructura laminada, no se unan a la tela, a menos que se somentan a una temperatura en la escala de 120 a 160 grados C y una presión de 3515.5 Kg/m cuadrado
