Claims (11)
- 포말로된 열가소성 폴리머시이트의 적어도 한면에 용융점이 90℃ 이상 내지 200℃ 이하이며, 혼화물중에 2-20wt%가 포함되고, 라미네이트를 열성형하는 동안에 120℃ 내지 160℃ 범위의 온도와 5psi(3515.5㎏/㎡)의 압력하에서 처리하지 않으면 직물에 결합되지 않은 섬유로부터 선택된 저용융 스테이플 결합제 섬유와 400℉(204℃) 이하에서는 용융되지도 않고 분해되지도 않으며 끈적끈적하게 되지도 않고, 평균 데니어는 1 내지 15의 범위이며, 길이는 0.5 내지 6인치(1.2-15.2㎝)범위이고, 상술한 데니어와 길이는 열성형후에 음흡성과 강성의 원하는 균형을 가지는 라미네이트가 제공되도록 선택된고용융 스테이플 섬유로 된 혼합물을 포함하고 5 내지 25oz/yd2(170-848g/㎠) 범위의 중량을 갖는 비직조된 직물이 결합된 구조로서, 비직조된 직물의 음향성(acoustical)층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열성형이 가능한 라미네이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리머는 폴리스티렌 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 공중합체는 스티렌-말레의 무수물 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고용융 섬유는 폴리에스테르 섬유나 아크릴섬유 또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저용융결합제 섬유는 폴리올레핀섬유, 폴리에스테르섬유 또는 폴리올레핀/폴리에스테르 다성분 섬유임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직물은 10 내지 18oz/yd2(340 내지 611g/㎠) 범위의 중량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 직물의 저용융섬유는 107℃ 내지 177℃ 범위의 용융점을 가짐을 특징으로 한는 라미네이트.
- 제7항에 있어서, 고용융 섬유는 3 내지 8 범위의 평균 데니어를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 직물의 섬유는 1.25 내지 5인치(3 내지 12.7㎝) 범위의 길이를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트.
- 제9항에 있어서, 직물의 섬유중 5 내지 15wt%가 저용융 결합제 섬유로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트.
